The Team Leader Staffing Matters supports the Secondary staff in carrying out their roles. They work closely with the New Teacher Coordinators and Teacher Coaches to support the transition of new members of staff. They are also responsible for coordinating the teacher training programmes and participating in the recruitment of new staff members. An important aspect of their role is supporting staff with understanding and effectively carrying out agreed processes and procedures.
