<P>Dear Parents/Guardians, </P>
<P>It is with great pleasure that we can inform you that on 28th October 2008 the School Boards of the Stedelijk College Eindhoven and the Regionale Internationale School formed the "Stichting Primair en Voortgezet Onderwijs Zuid-Nederland" (Foundation for Primary and Secondary Education in the south of the Netheriands) </P>
<P>From 1 January&nbsp;2009, the handover took place whereby this new Foundation becames effective. With the combined forces of the new Foundation there will be an extra impulse given to the further strengthening of international education in the region.</P>
<P>Although the current international schools for primary and secondary education are still at separate locations, much energy and hard work is going into establishing a new school on one site and as soon as possible. Parents will be kept fully informed of the developments on this matter. </P>
<P>The governing board of the new foundation consists of:</P>
